My client is a successful, well known manufacturing company based in Thame. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join there small finance team on a temporary basis to help with there day to day duties, as well as managing a team. They have a lovely working environment with a friendly team. This is an extremely exciting role covering everything from production of monthly management accounts, producing budgets, and forecasting cash flow.

Description

Details of the Finance Manager role:

• Production of monthly and ad hoc management accounts.

• Assist with the production of annual budgets.

• Assist with analysis.

• Forecasting of cash flow and financial performance.

• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.

• Must have experience in leading a team.

• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
