The Property Analyst role will be based in the City of London. The role will require candidates to provide real estate analysis that will support key real estate decisions as well as preparing investment appraisals.

The client is a large property company based in the City of London. The Property Analyst role will report directly into the Property Analyst Manager and will be part of a dynamic asset management team.
Description
The Property Analyst role is an excel focused role and will require the candidate to manipulate data to- To support the Property Analyst Manager in preparing key financial models to aid real estate decision making for the organisation. Financial models with include discounted cash flows and P&Ls, comparing options where appropriate.
- Question and challenge the inputs by individuals and partners at all levels
- Problem solving and ensuring all areas of strategy are correct
- Manipulating complicated spreadsheets using Macro's and Visual Basics
- Perform Financial Analysis
- Perform sensitivity analysis of financial models
- Help asset managers by providing a performance driven, strategic approach
Profile
To be successful the Property Analyst candidate must have the following experience:
- A degree or equivalent experience
- A keen interest in excel, VBA, Macros and data manipulation
- A keen interest in asset management, estates and property
- Ability to manipulate large quantities of data
- An understanding of basic finance principles including discounted cash flow
- A positive attitude to work
- Excellent communication skills
