Your new company A rapidly growing public sector organisation based in Leeds are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner Your new role As the Finance Business Partner, you will take the lead on providing commercial and financial insight/advice to business managers on all aspects of financial management. You will ensure that business decisions are underpinned by appropriate financial planning, analysis and expertise and effectively manage the relationships between managers and external stakeholders. As part of your role, you will also ensure that decisions, analysis and outputs are easily understood by financial and non-financial managers and stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position, you will have a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA), commercial and strategic awareness, the ability to influence, negotiate and challenge and a proven track record of successful stakeholder relationships. You will also be able to demonstrate your financial expertise and commercial acumen using previous experience. Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner is ideal, however our client is willing to consider candidates looking for their first step into a Business Partner position. What you'll get in return Along with a salary of up to £40,000, our client if offering a wide range of benefits including a matched pension contribution of 9%, annual leaving ranging from 25-35 days depending on management level, flexible working, training and personal development programmes, health care benefits and more.
