An Accounts Senior is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting and Finance for an established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Salisbury. The firm offers a broad range of services to a wide client base including sole traders, partnerships, small
and large limited companies and Plcs.
As Accounts Senior you would join the firm's farming and laded estates team and provide a range of accountancy and tax (compliance and planning) services to a variety of rural clients which would include sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, companies and trusts.
Specific duties would include completion of annual accounts for incorporated and unincorporated businesses including trusts requiring bespoke accounts preparation, reviewing accounts and working papers of junior staff to identify tax issues and ensure all
information is received to prepare tax returns and identifying financial, commercial and tax planning opportunities.
You will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified or Qualified By Experience with significant accounts preparation and tax compliance experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of accounts and tax software and strong Excel is essential. Previous accounting and tax experience
for property/agricultural businesses would be an advantage together with trust, IHT and CGT knowledge. CTA/STEP qualification an advantage.
