An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing and well backed SME organisation based in the Southampton area as Financial Controller. This is an innovative organisation that is constantly seeking creative solutions to develop new products for its

Reporting to the Finance Director this is an important position managing a small finance team with responsibility for all financial reporting to the Board. There will be key involvement in a number of projects including implementing IFRS reporting and developing
staff and systems to improve the provision of quality business information to aid commercial decision making.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) having trained with a leading Big 4 or Top 10 Firm. You will require strong technical financial accounting experience, ideally with IFRS exposure. Crucially you will possess the drive to implement
continuous improvement in processes, systems and reporting to positively transform the finance function. There are likely to be excellent career development opportunities as the organisation continues to expand over the next 3-5 years.
