An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the preparation and analysis accounting team of an impressive British property business, with a particular focus on the property marketing division of the company. Reporting to the Financial controller, this position
will also be very hands on in ensuring accurate month-end processes run smoothly, as well as providing analytical insight for the business. Responsibilities: Monthly management accounts Balance sheet reconciliations Ownership of month-end processes Provide financial insight for stakeholders Supervising a team of 3 to ensure all work is completed within set timeframes Preparation for annual, quarterly and internal audits Lead and assist with accounting projects Assist with ad-hoc reporting as required Requirements: Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA or equivalent) Strong Excel skills (use of pivot tables and vlookups a minimum) Management Accounting experience Management experience Team player with strong interpersonal skills Self-starter and works on own initiative Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
