Great new opportunity for Corporate Finance Manager/Senior Manager to join a growing Corporate Finance team in London, reporting directly to the Partner, but with the autonomy to drive the business playing to your own strengths and the opportunity to shine
in this early stage team.
The role with cover M&A, financial projections reviews, company valuations, producing and reviewing business plans, advising on M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, due diligence and fundraising.
Responsibilities will include:
Advise shareholders or management teams on MBO's/MBI's and fundraising. Advise businesses on acquisitions, identify targets and provide financial due diligence. Lead on financial diligence projects for client acquisitions. Prepare valuations of businesses, pitches and proposals Cross sell Corporate Finance Services to other Managers/Partners in the firm. Assist with the recruitment and training of new team members in due course.
Experience:
Educated to degree level, or equivalent ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent Have thorough working knowledge of lead advisory services in an accounting firm or corporate finance boutique in the UK Ability to prepare excel models for multiple purposes for financial modelling
