This permanent Senior Financial Accountant role reports into the Financial Controller and will be responsible for ensuring strong financial controls are maintained at all times. up in their career. Main responsibilities of the Senior Financial Accountant will be: Ensure consistent review and improvement of internal controls. Assist the Financial Controller with implementing new financial controls and policies. Assist with balance sheet reconciliations. Be responsible for treasury management. Oversee credit control ensuring debt is collected in an efficient manner. Ensure the organisation views finance as an approachable department. This organisation positively helps vulnerable people throughout the whole of the UK and is one the country's largest charities. This permanent Senior Financial Accountant will be based at this charities head office based in central London. The successful candidate will: Be a qualified accountant or finalist (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA, or equivalent). Have proven management experience. Have an appreciation for the not for profit sector.
