Finance Manager Controls - Hemel Hempstead - Permanent £60,000 - £70,000pa + bonus + benefits
Our client, a dynamic and growing business, is seeking a Finance Manager Controls to join their impressive finance function. An innovative business in a growing market, they offer a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
You will bring a strong controls knowledge to the role and a desire to expand your skills set in Treasury and FX. The business offers an excellent working environment with a flexible approach to work and a progressive culture.
Key Responsibilities - Reviewing existing accounting controls - Evaluating accounting workflows - Implementing new controls and documenting process flows - Developing currency hedging practices - Cash flow modelling for future investment - Reducing FX exposure
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong financial controls background. You will possess excellent communications skill, with an ability to business partner effectively and gain insight from across a business.
Experience of treasury and FX would be beneficial, but this is a skillset which can be enhanced within the role.
