An exciting new private debt fund with very high potential is looking for a recently qualified accountant to join their fast-paced finance team in a brand new role as a Finance Manager. Reporting directly into the CFO, you will get exposure to valuations, portfolio monitoring, transaction execution, fundraising activities and investor requests. This is a great opportunity to join a growing fund that has put together a team of industry experts and to build out a brand new function. RESPONSIBILITIES: Portfolio reporting and monitoring Transaction execution and support Supporting all aspects of the fundraising process and dealing with investor requests Managing the valuation and audit process across both fund and management companies Cash flow management Tax compliance and structuring YOUR PROFILE: Fully qualified with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Undergraduate degree from a Top Tier university Experience/knowledge of private funds Strong Excel skills An extremely commercial and practical approach with strong interpersonal skills
