Requirements:
- Should have a background of internal controls with relevant work experience of a similar position
- Must have good familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP and US statutory filings
- Must be familiar with the Sarbenes-Oxley Act and COSO, and have the ability to document controls and present to the management, external auditors and Board of Directors
- Must have strong leadership skills with excellent communication and report writing skills in English
