Finance Manager

Page Personnel Finance are exclusively recruiting a Finance Manager for a not for profit organisation in Loughborough (commutable from Nottingham, Derby and Leicester). This role would suit someone with experience of working in finance at a not for profit or public sector organisation, but applications are also encouraged from private sector candidates.

Description

As Finance Manager you will be reporting into the CFO and will be responsible for an array of duties, which will include, but will not be limited to:

• Managing an established finance team of 3
• Overseeing the payroll, accounts payable and accounts receiveable functions
• Producing, analysing and presenting monthly management accounts to the Board of Trustees.
• Providing budget holders with financial information and supporting them with their decision making
• Supporting the organisation with the financials relating to fundraising, grants and tenders.
• Preparing annual financial accounts.
• Producing ad hoc reports and analysis.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements

You do not need experience of all of the above duties to be considered for this role, as the CFO will be there to offer support and training.

Profile

• will have experience of management and financial accounts
• will have a proven track record of working in finance
• will have experience of supervising / managing others
• will be a strong communicator
• will ideally have experience of working for a public sector / not for profit organisation
• do not need experience of all of the above duties
