Sr. FP&A - MNC+High-Tech Industry
As the Sr.FP&A, you will support in current annual budget and planning, cover full P&L, and work closely with sales team.

Description
As the Sr. FP&A, you main responsibilities include:
1. A Support in current quarter outlook, annual budget and planning. Deep diving on variance analysis between actual and planning, monthly sales analysis report.
2. Trade offers support by preparing P&L simulations for rebate program, marketing promotion program, marketing expense analysis, revenue deduction program, defer revenue calculation, non-recurring transaction and long term agreement to assist business decisions.
3. Working closely with Sales and commercial team to track all incentive sales program, rebate program;
4. Sales attainment support in weekly sales attainment process of current quarter by providing sell-in, sell-through, sell-out, inventory trend analysis as well as gross margin insights.
Profile
As the successful candidate, you need:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in finance/economic/accounting etc. ;
2. 8+ years' experience in multinational environment, 4+year FP&A or controlling role in partnering with sales or marketing is preferable;
3. Certified Management Accountant is preferred;
4. Strong motivation in business, drive to result, detail orientated;
5. Strong communication/presentation skill, good team role player, result driven, self-motivated, smart and outgoing personal character;
