The FP+A Manager will report into the Senior FP+A Manager and will work closely on the forecasts, budgets, analytics, month end reports and assist with the regions 5 year plan.
This will be a highly analytical role in a fast paced and challenging, yet rewarding environment. This role will suit an ambitious individual who enjoys problem solving and is keen to take on more responsibility and work closely with multiple stakeholders.

Description
Provide financial leadership, support, and analytics for all stakeholders in the region:
- Help develop monthly forecast guidance for all operations groups in the region including Supply Chain, Call Centre, and Program Management
- Provide Client Services teams with monthly client reporting, program profitability analysis and forecasting
- Assist HR with headcount, compensation, and benefits analysis and forecasting
- Provide support for the region's business case development and prioritisation
Play a lead role in producing the region's month end results package
- Analyse the month's financial and operational performance, variance analysis, and implications on go-forward results
- Assist in the development and presentation of the region's monthly close package to regional management and the global finance teams
Provide analytic and forecasting support for the region's accounting team and global the corporate FP&A team
Play a lead role in driving the region's annual planning process
- Partner with business unit operational leads to establish market, operational and financial strategy
- Help develop a bottom's up comprehensive annual operational and financial budget for business units including client, product, business unit, and country level detail
- Assist in developing the presentation of the region's annual plan to region and the global leadership
Play a lead role in developing the region's 5 year strategic planning process
- Size and evaluate investment priorities within the region and in concert with the global investment strategy
- Partner with business units to produce 5-year program-level operational KPI's, financial ratios, and financial forecast
- Procure and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Europe region market, competitors, and potential clients
Assist in developing the presentation of the region's 5 year strategic plan to region and the global leadership
Profile
Ideally you will be a recently qualified accountant looking to continue your career within FP+A and want to develop your analytical ability.
You will have previous experience of:
- Variance analysis
- Data and KPI analysis, Dashboards and Matrix's
