Part-Qualified Accountant

We currently have a number of opportunities for business seeking a Part-Qualified accountant for temporary and contract positions in and around the Bristol area, with clients ranging from manufacturing business to media companies.

These roles are seeking a range from those who have just begun their studies to those at finalist level, with a focus on those who will add value and passion to their companies existing accountancy functions.

Client Details

Our clients include a manufacturing business, a national wholesaler, a logistics firm and a media company. Locations include Central Bristol, Avonmouth, Emersons Green, Chipping Sodbury & Whitchurch.

Description

The duties of the Part-Qualified Accountant will range across;

• Account reconciliations
• Accruals
• Prepayments
• Initial preparation for monthly accounts
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Supporting and reviewing the General Ledger
• Reporting on revenue streams and cash flow positions on a weekly and monthly basis
• Supporting the Management / Financial Accounts & Finance Director

Profile

Suitable candidates for these roles will be;

• Part-Qualified Accountant - either ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience in a professional accountancy environment.
• Immediately available.
• Willing to look at temporary and contract positions.
• Able to travel (some locations are unsuitable on public transport).
