Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the end to end finance operations
Maintenance of the control framework to ensure it is operating appropriately, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to the policy
Lead the delivery of month-end, half full-year reporting, forecasting and budgeting for Hong Kong (with support given to other offices where required) – by reporting progress, analyzing trends and providing a better insight of business performance and associated activities
Perform P&L & Product analysis (such as net margin analysis, FUM & fund flow reporting, etc) by collaborating with different departments
Oversight and execution of all tax-related requirements for the corporate entities and liaise with tax advisers
Prepare all regulatory returns for SFC and complete all financial surveys required by other regulatory bodies of Hong Kong
Work with otherfinance teamsin the UK, Asia and Australia for reporting and other cross-regional initiatives
Establish a strong culture of productivity and continuous improvement across all financial processes, and ensure documented procedures kept current
Business travel may be required

Requirements:

Relevant experience working in Asset Management
Proven track record in managing multiple tasks simultaneously (with focus given to accuracy and timeliness)
Project management skills
Ability to conversecompetently with senior management in Finance, Risk and the Business.
Experienced leader who are able to supervise, develop and build a positive team culture
Bachelor degree in business/accounting
