PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Preparation of daily inter-company reimbursements
2. Preparation of payments to TSTT, T&TTEC as well as Gas Suppliers
3. Preparation of and entering Journals for Local and Foreign drafts in a timely manner
4. Allocation of credit card charges
5. Data entry of all Financial Management, Investments, Executive and Performance and Rewards' journals in the accounting period
6. Ensuring all Policies and Procedures are being adhered to for the accounting areas and reporting all discrepancies QUALIFICATIONS:
1. CXC 5 O'Levels or CSEC (inclusive of Mathematics and English A) and 2 A'Levels or CAPE
2. B.Sc in Social Sciences: Management Studies & Economics or Accounting would be an asset
