My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join their dynamic team. The company has been operating for years within the marketing sector and requires a balanced individual that can take control of a situation.Education:
- Completed matric
- Completed Law degree
- Certified Lawyer
- 4 -5 years working experience, including articles
- Experience within the insurance, banking and forex industry is essential
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Ability to take control and give accurate advice
- Responsible for risk control, reporting and trend analysis
- Implementing procedures and drafting of compliance documentation
- Manage and advise all queries
- Assist and advise on warnings
- Analysis on training and conduct training sessions
- Resolving compliance issues
- Ensuring compliance with company regulations and codes as well as legislation
