Accountant (Audit background)

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with external auditor and assist on the audit field work
• Draft and/or review Group FS and FS for subsidiaries
• Solve technical issues in regard to FRS/Tax/Transfer Pricing
• Draft agreements for inter-companies and do necessary documentation for management approval
• Ensure all financial and accounting matters are consistent compliance with the accounting policy, procedures and providing recommendation as and when necessary
• Conduct financial analysis for acquire companies
• Prepare the consolidation report of the group for review and reporting purpose
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management group reporting
• Solve the tax queries/draft the tax replies or liaise with tax agent on the tax issues raised by IRAS
• Perform estimation tax payables for company and file ECI
• Perform and review tax computation. File tax computation
• Assist on any other ad-hoc task(s) assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong excel skills, especially advanced financial modeling and analytical techniques
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, costing accounting preferred
• Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
