- Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day operational oversight and review for regulatory transaction reporting for EMIR, MiFID (MiFID II going forward), AIFMD Annex IV and other regulatory reporting as identified
- Day to day operational oversight and review for Substantial Share Holding Disclosures, Panel of Takeover and Mergers and 793 Holdings reports
- Operational oversight of SEC 13F reporting
- Ensuring that details of reportable trades are submitted to the reporting authorities within specified deadlines
- Ensuring that any new client or portfolios are reviewed and either included or actively excluded from such reporting
You will have:
• Highest standard of honesty and integrity
• Ability to prioritise and work to strict timelines
• Accurate with keen attention to detail
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to promote timely and effective communications and escalations
• Strong MS Office skills
You will have excellent academics with a minimum of a 2.1 degree in a relevant subject.
You will be working in the Institutional Asset Management space
