- 管理与信息隔离墙相关的投资银行项目信息；
- 设置并管理观察清单和限制清单；
- 会签跨墙申请、记录跨墙情况、监督相关部门对跨墙人员的管理情况；
- 管理自营、资管、研究等业务之间的利益冲突；
- 母子公司投行业务利益冲突审查；
- 负责与香港子公司就涉及中央控制室相关事项的对接。

- Manage and monitor Chinese Wall related information of Investment Banking deals;
- Maintain the Firm's Watch List and Research/ Trading Restricted Lists ;
- Provide controls and reviews addressing wall-crossing;
- Manage conflicts issues of the Firm's proprietary investment , asset management, research and other activities;
- Perform c onflicts clearance of the Firm's Investment Banking deals ;
- C ollaborate with the Firm's Global Control Rooms in Hong Kon g.

必备资历

1 、法律或金融专业背景；

2 、硕士以上学历；

3 、具有良好的英语听说读写能力；

4 、有海外留学或工作经历。

1. Law or finance related Background;

2. Master's degree or above;

3. Strong oral & written English skill and able to work in English;

4. Overseas study or work experience;

理想资历
1、 有境外投资银行合规管理工作经验。
1. Compliance experience in an international house is a plus.
