We have an excellent opportunity for three Administrators to join IRIS Customer Support Tax Team at a crucial time as we approach Tax Year End.

Your main responsibility will be logging all incoming emails from the IRIS Customer Support inbox, identifying issues and logging them to the correct Support Team.

The role will include tracking escalation requests, administration of daily knowledge base articles, refresh of FAQs and any new "known error" articles. You will also prepare daily reports of unresolved incidents for the Tax Team.

Some of the main accountabilities will include:

  • Respond to all emails received during the support hours of 9:00 - 17.30pm, within 1 hour
  • Incident logging from emails received from Customer Support Inbox
  • Tracking and updating escalation requests
  • Administration of Knowledge Base articles
  • Identify trends in need of Knowledge Base articles
  • Refresh FAQs and any new 'known error’ articles
  • Prepare reporting on IRIS Tax team incident backlogs
  • All other Support admin tasks

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a customer service or accountancy based role
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Accuracy, clarity and discretion
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • A good level of English
  • Good mathematical and IT skills (Microsoft Office products)
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • A Level or Degree educated in Finance or Accountancy is desirable, but not essential
