To support the Finance & Administration Sector with all issues related to credit by reviewing credit for business groups, client accounts and interfacing with internal and external personnel to resolve problems regarding customer complaints and credit evaluation of new and existing clients.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY
1. Conduct a review of credit for all new customers and render a credit decision within 48 business hours.

2. Review credit analysis and recommendation; approve new customer orders while monitoring existing customers' credit limits to manage risk exposure.

3. Good understanding of credit policies, procedures & strategies necessary to support the analysis and new techniques to mitigate credit exposures, and ensure adherence to appropriate regulations.

4. Develop and Lead process improvement plans in conjunction with the Manager, and seeks feedback from team members and associates on ways to improve customer service, while striving toward established goals.

5. Maintain communication flow of problem issues with the Manager and other concerned groups.

6. To receive reports of suspicious activities, investigate them and lead them to their logical conclusion.

7. To interact with all business division and keep abreast of the changes within the company's business and operations (e.g. new products and services or business practices).

8. To review the operational policies and procedures to ensure its updated with CBK rules and regulations.

9. To report suspicious transactions to the concerned internal authority and to coordinate with the legal division with respect to the reporting of suspicious transaction to external authorities.

10. To approve correspondent banking relationships in order to avoid dealing with shell banks or banks existing in high-risk countries.

11. To prepare periodic reports for the Top Mgt.
