Main Role: The Supervisor isresponsible to maintain, repair and run all the mechanical units.

- Maintain, service, and repair all the following networks and installations;
o Fire Fighting & Fire Pressurization Systems
o Irrigation System
o Sewage System
o Mechanical & Plumbing Equipments
o Pumping Room & pumps related
o Aerator Installation
o Reverse Osmosis
o Circulating Pumps & Transfer Pumps - Prepare the shifts for the HVAC, and Plumbing team attendance and inform the concerned parties
- Perform troubleshooting, corrective maintenance tasks on HVAC systems
- Prepare list for preventive maintenance, and ensure that the maintenance is performed according to established schedule
- Direct, maintain and enforce the safety program on all technicians
- Assist in the electro-mechanical projects in terms of procurement, coordination and supervision
- Control and supervise the work of the team; mentor when needed
- Review and check the mechanical drawings related to tenants in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications:
- Technical - Mechanical Diploma
- Minimum 20 years of experience in a similar position
