Manager Accounts & Finance, Schola Nova

We are hiring for Manager Accounts & Finance

• Preparation & maintenance of receipt & payment vouchers.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements.
• Tracking of budget & forecast with the historic data & it's presentation on a timely basis.
• Updation of fee structure as when required.
• Salary disbursement & salary sheet preparation.
• Filling of monthly, quarterly & bi-annually with-holding statements.
• Coordination with Tax consultants & submission against tax notices received from tax authorities.
• Monthly closing of books of accounts.
• Generation of student fee challans & its changes.
• Strictly follow the schedules as mentioned in the list of tasks requirements.
• Resolve the internal audit queries & deadlines.
• Stakeholders management including parents, teachers & external vendors.
• Involve in budget preparation & different types of analysis as required.
• Year end accounts closing, data preparation & finalization for tax & audit purposes.
• Other tasks as & when required.

Working days: Monday to Saturday.

Education: Certification

Degree Title: ACCA / Equivalent

Career Level: Intermediate

Experience: 2 Years
