Our client is looking for a commercially minded individual to join their growing team as a Commercial Analyst based in Oxford, Oxfordshire with potential travel to other sites nearby.

Description

The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Provide analytical support and direction to Sales Managers.
  • Analysing customers & market spend patterns, influencing alignment to market opportunities.
  • Creating sales leads from new, repeat and lapsed customers and work lists of businesses.
  • Analysing sales performance at a regional & individual level.
  • Assist the Management team in setting targets for customer spend and measuring delivery against those targets.
  • Assisting Management in setting and reporting on sales/bonus targets and other KPI's.
  • Identifying efficiencies to improve the sales processes.

The role will require a car driver with their own vehicle as the individual will need to visit other offices in the Thames Valley each week, although the role will be mainly based in Oxford.

Profile

The Commercial Analyst will be:

  • Ideally a graduate with a relevant degree for the role.
  • Self-motivated, assertive, with a can do attitude and a focus on delivering high quality work.
  • A proven track record in working within an analytical setting.
  • A natural ability to communicate & collaboratively work with sales teams; influencing behaviour.
  • An ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines and to think on their feet.
  • Flexibility to travel around territory to meet business needs.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Job Offer

The salary on offer is dependent upon relevant experience and qualifications in the range of £25,000 and £30,000.

The role will require a car driver with their own vehicle as the individual will need to visit other offices in the Thames Valley each week, although the role will be mainly based in Oxford.
