This role will have responsibility for the provision of an efficient, effective and customer-focused administration service in the Benefits Unit of the Human Resources Department.  The Benefits Unit is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Voluntary Hospitals Superannuation Scheme (VHSS), the Single Public Service Pension Scheme (SPSPS) and allied schemes in conjunction with the HSE Pensions Management Unit.  The post holder will be expected to proactively contribute to the development of the Unit, particularly in relation to the establishment deployment and operation of a Pensions Management Information System.
