SAP FICO Business Analyst
Location: Germany, Frankfurt area (approx. 1 hour drive from Frankfurt)
Start date: January 2020
Employment model: permanent position

One of La Fosse's clients is currently in a need of SAP FICO Business Analyst to join their business processes consolidation & harmonization journey. They are currently running on ECC.6 so the cloud migration is the next project on the horizon in the coming years.
It is a complex role combined with business analysis, stakeholder management, FICO processes ownership and project management.
You would be in charge of the new business requirements management, business analysis within FI and CO modules, project management of any process improvement projects necessary within Finance in compliance to corporate IT; SAP FICO governance.
Long term objective is to assist the business in completion of the multi-year ERP program and ensure its continuity in the governance of the SAP model in a fast-changing environment.

Skills/experience required:
- 5-10 Years of Experience in the SAP FICO field, performing as a Business Analyst/Senior Consultant or Team Leader
- Proven experience in complex SAP Implementation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working within international teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand the business requirements
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Fluency in English, German language beneficial
