Your team’s mission?
The mission of Seth squad is to create TechConnect Service Catalogue items, as requested by our customers. Also, as part of a team, to assist with day to day operations of TechConnect platform, including fulfilling service requests, investigating production incidents or assisting with platform updates/upgrades. ServiceNow knowledge will be a distinct advantage and you will be working part of a team that will be willing to provide assistance and guidance.
As an Engineer in the Seth Squad, you will contribute to the delivery of ServiceNow/TechConnect service catalogue items

What you bring to the Seth Squad?
- ServiceNow knowledge (at least some previous work/exposure)
- Familiar with Windows OS
- Database Programming - Transact-SQL preferred
- JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
- ITIL v3 certified – preferable
