What’s your mission?

As a Journey Expert – Digital Producer within the Customer Interest and Adoption value stream of our Australia Business Transformation, your team’s mission is to help people enhance their financial wellbeing via our new ANZ propositions - by attracting and informing people who would benefit from the service, as well as helping current customers transition to the new product offerings.


What will your day look like?

  • Design digital experiences for new-to-bank and existing customers that help them learn about our new ANZ value propositions
  • Canvas the market, look ahead to industry trends, and test boundaries to ensure our customers’ experiences are leading edge
  • Obsess about the customer and ensure journeys are personalised end-to-end
  • Create continuous feedback loops and leverage data and insights to test, measure and learn
  • Work with technology and data teams to ensure requirements to build journeys can be delivered
  • Engage with customer groups to understand both stated and unstated needs , and ensure they are represented in the design of solutions
  • Follow through to ensure customers experience changes are actually made – the work does not stop at implementation
  • Understand content life cycles, content risk and ensure effective operating model to deliver


What will be in your toolkit?

  • An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do
  • Ability to think creatively, test and innovate
  • Digital native with deep understanding of how to navigate the digital ecosystem
  • Experience with web CMS software such as Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience with personalisation, including specialist personalisation and targeting software
  • Understanding of digital analytics and other data structures that signify customer feedback loops to inform journey design
  • Ability to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate
