Key Responsibilities
* Comply with all procedures, rules and regulations for the Company
* Approve all activities to process corporate actions, update client information and transfers between accounts for Registrar Companies
* Ensure all relevant information, reports, payment requests and documents are provided to the Registrar Companies on a timely basis
* Investigate outstanding payments
* Ensure withholding tax cheques are remitted on a timely basis to Board of Inland Revenue (BIR)
* Ensure reconciliations are completed and signed off within stipulated deadlines
* Provide information for Board Meeting
* Provide strong support and guidance to the Corporate Action Officers
* Develop subordinate personnel so as to ensure business continuity and succession/absence planning
* Attend the Registrar Companies at Annual General Meetings
* Supervise contract labour as required
* Ensure that when ACH payments are rejected/returned, the Corporate Action Officer (Reconciliations/Payments) obtain updated information from shareholders and payments are released into their bank accounts
* Provide information to Internal and External Auditors (as required)
* Work closely with Commercial Banks to open bank accounts (TTD/USD) for Registrar companies
* Maintain accurate (electronic/manual) records and perform quality assurance checks within the timeframe
* Undertake testing on the system as required
* Other related duties as requested

* Provides strong support to team members to ensure department deadlines are met
* Leads and executes special projects
* Cross-train in other areas within the Company
Qualifications
* First Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or equivalent professional qualification e.g. ACCA Level II and above
* Five (5) years' work experience in the securities or financial services industry with at least three (3) years' work experience in a supervisory position
Technical Skills
The incumbent must possess a working knowledge of
* Depository System
Knowledge and Other Skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
* Interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
* Organizational skills;
* Ability to multitask;
* Supervisory and team leadership skills;
* Good written, oral communication and report writing skills.
