Tax consultant/lawyer sought for varied tax role within large, progressive and dynamic firm. This is an opportunity for you to become a key player within a team who are a leaders in their field. You will liaise with multinational and domestic clients, corporates and high net worth individuals, major shareholders and trustees. You will be AITI qualified/partly qualified and will be familiar with a broad spectrum of taxation issues including corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, cross border transactions and securitisations. In addition, you will advise on pertinent issues as required and provide professional and informed advices where appropriate. The ideal candidate will have 4 years experience advising on tax matters, strong academic results and be willing to work as part of a well recognised and established team. *Candidates who have experience in specialised and accountancy firms are of particular interest.
