About the Role:

The Global Treasury Hub is responsible for the management of investor cash flow and ensuring cash related static data is well maintained.

The Treasury Hub work closely with the Investor Relations and Centre of Excellence teams to ensure that redemption payments are performed in a timely and accurate manner, and that subscriptions monies received are reconciled in line with our AML policies. We are also responsible for verifying the payment related data for invoice payments on behalf of our clients.

The Treasury Hub has a presence in Toronto, Singapore, Dublin who work together to manage clients on a global basis.



Job Duties in Brief:

• Approve AXI cash mappings to facilitate investor payment;
• Authorise high value payments for investor redemptions/invoices;
• Perform reconciliations of AXI payments on a daily basis;
• Create subscription entries for non-interfaced banks;
• Liaise with client banks in relation to our clients banking needs;
• Provide ongoing support to investor relations department in respect of Treasury related queries;
• Moving subscription monies from client investor accounts to Prime Brokerage accounts;
• Perform investigations and tracing of outstanding subscription monies;
• Process payments on 3rd party banking systems;
• Perform anti-money laundering procedures on cash movements;
• Performing and maintaining KYC duties;
• Ensuring Moxie/ ECM and AXI queues are maintained within SLA

About You:

• College diploma or University majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Management
• 1 - 3 years' experience in Financial services with exposure Treasury, Payments, Investor Relations;
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills;
• Knowledge of hedge or mutual funds, or private equity and real estate funds
• Strong client relationship and communication skills;
• A team player, able to cope with individual responsibilities;
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
