You will be supporting operational leaders through high-level analysis of financial and non-financial data, and contribute to the long-term growth of the organisation.
Duties may include but not be limited to:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, operational metrics tracking, and business planning
- Month-end accruals, balance sheet maintenance, and preparation of management/financial reporting
- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Report on management and financial performance
- Analyse results, assist with variance analysis, identify trends and make improvement recommendations
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
- Customer/Brand profitability analysis and investigation
- Report and present data and findings to leaders and senior members of staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with other teams and key stakeholders
- Deep dive analysis on key performance issues
- Understand and review consumption and distribution costs
- Take responsibility for cost base
- Deliver and present reporting on analysis trends in cost base and income streams
Would ideally suit someone who:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Is adaptable to change and can handle potentially high pressure situations
- CPA/CA/ACCA qualified or studying towards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in implementing new business strategies
- Process improvement mindset
- Strong analytical skills with an initiative to resolve issues
