Our client is a Hong kong listed company with diversified business throughout the globe. They are now looking for a Finance Manager to focus on group consolidation and financial reporting of the head office and other subsidiaries.

about the job

Reporting to the Director, you will be helping to oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operation, leading a team to deliver interim and annual results announcement, annual reports and annual audit. You will be reviewing group consolidation submitted by subsidiaries, preparing analysis and reports for senior management review. In addition, you will be leading the close monitoring of accounting standards and be in charge of keeping the standards up-to-date.

skills and experience required

  • Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualifications is a must
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience; Big 4 candidates with HK listed company experience is a must
  • Exposure to large amount of active entities highly preferred
  • Analytical, flexible with good communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with ability to start immediately or within shorter notice periods are highly preferred
