Senior Finance Manager

Job Descriptions:

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company;
Prepare Management report with variance analysis for monthly management meeting;
Ensure Quarter and annual statutory reports (including annual report) is prepared accurately in accordance to Bursa listing guideline and MFRS;
Preparation of annual budget and reforecast;
Preparation of investment appraisal with pro-forma financial statement pre and post investment;
Preparation of Tax computation and liaise with tax agent to ensure the deadlines are met;
Treasury management and ensure the financial covenants are monitored;
Liaise with external parties (external auditor, internal auditor, regulatory bodies, bankers) on information required.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or with professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA/ICAEW or any equivalent.
Minimum 10 - 15 years of solid experience at a Senior Manager level and ideally with a public listed company exposure.
Possess good business acumen and result-oriented with proven track records.
Exceptional leadership skill, highly disciplined and best in presentation and reporting skills.
Excellent spoken and written in English.
