Project Finance Analyst / Accountant (Contract) - Wadebridge - Up to: £40,000

If you've a real passion for numbers, statistics and analysis, you're going to love this new six-month fixed term contract working with one of our long-standing clients based in Wadebridge. This is a varied and unusual role that works closely with both finance and people management to design complex compensation & benefits data.

Our client operates several well-established Cornish service businesses and has a large employee base spanning the county and beyond. This interesting project will provide high level statistical analysis data to assist the board in implementing new employee policies and procedures. This is not an implementation focussed project, more a brief to be design recommendations from the ground up.

Working very closely with both the group Finance Director and HR Director, the project will see the successful incumbent analysing and benchmarking rewards and compensation packages both internally and externally to ensure that employees are rewarded both financially and professionally. It's going to require a professionally qualified individual with high level statistical analysis skills. It will require the successful candidate to liaise with internal and external contacts and produce robust benchmark data from multiple sources.
