You’ll be joining the Financial Assist Solutions team – a hard working bunch who assist our customers in the management of their financial commitments. We do this by working directly with customers to provide solutions tailored to their financial situation.

We work with customers who are experiencing personal hardship situations so you’ll need to be resilient, empathetic and thrive in a customer service environment. You’ll have proven experience in delivering results and your resilience will carry you through difficult and varying situations. Possessing confident communication and negotiation skills will enable you to reach the best outcome for the customer as well as the bank.

In this role you will be responsible for providing support to vulnerable customers by reducing financial difficulties resulting from a range of factors and sensitive matters including gambling related harm, domestic and family violence, mental illness, etc. As a Financial Hardship Specialist, you’ll be able to problem solve and think outside the box to provide excellent solutions to your customers.

Roster

This is a permanent full-time position with the following with various Part Time and Full Time shifts across the following days:

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 12:30pm - 9:00pm

Part Time: Various rosters and shifts across Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm

4 weeks mandatory training from the 20th of January Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm for successful candidates.
