Position purpose The primary goal of a Project Manager is to lead and direct a project in order to successfully achieve agreed goals and client's satisfaction
Hold responsibility for all aspects of the project over its entire life from concept design to final implementation

Job description
    Prepare project plans for the projects and contribute to the overall plan, highlighting dependencies to other projects Manage single or multiple teams, shared or direct Ensure that the Project Milestones are managed and are delivered to specified quality, budget and time scales Monitor and control assigned budgets and targets providing early warning of exception conditions and taking remedial action as appropriate Monitor and Manages Project Schedule and Milestone tracking Manage the day to day project activities and SMEs working on the project Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders Develop and motivate project team Assure the quality of work produced in development, ensuring that business practices and technical standards are adhered to and quality products delivered to specified standards Full accurate and on time execution of standard Project Management processes
Requirements
    Few years of work experience in project environment Very good knowledge of French language is a must (min. B2 level) Experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office Project Management certification preferred Produced high quality work to tight deadlines Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation Strong Leadership skills, planning and organizational skills, including good time management skills Must be able to demonstrate a level of maturity while under constant pressure Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders
