The Corporate & Investment Bank(CIB) Finance and Business Management (F&BM) group provides financialadvice to support the CIB's business strategy and helps to ensure a soundcontrol environment. Within F&BM, the four major areas of responsibilityare: Business-aligned BMs (Business Managers), the CIB Controller, SupportStaff CFO, and Planning and Analysis.

Finance & Business Management'sgoals are to ensure sound control environments and provide financial advice tosupport the business strategy. Within F&BM, the Controllers organization isresponsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of the financialstatements and controls over the transaction cycle; performing criticalreporting functions for the organization, both financial and regulatory, aswell as ensuring execution and implementation of the overall financialarchitecture.


Description
The Senior Presentations Specialistrequires an advanced skillset, and the ability to efficiently and accurately designand standardize documents such as pitch books, proposals, financial statementsand other types of presentations following JP Morgan standards, using theMicrosoft Office suite of applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and Adobeapplications, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
This position will be workingdirectly with clients onsite daily. Theability to engage with clients, convey expertise and have sound decision makingin relation to presentations and client service is essential.

Roles& Responsibilities
  • Accurately complete all assigned jobs within the allocated timeframe and in line with specified formatting and layout standards
  • Perform at an expert level in the Microsoft Office suite, along with specialized Adobe and/or mapping applications
  • Develop client templates and alternative creative options as required
  • Take ownership of any discrepancies or areas of ambiguity in client data and seek appropriate guidance
  • Develop understanding of common client requirements in order to offer improvements to service
  • Keep the GCFO team updated on progress, advising immediately of any delays or issues
  • Receive feedback on completed and audited work and apply this to continuous improvements
  • Develop knowledge of deal process and banker roles in the interest of improving understanding of document requirements and of providing customer service excellence
  • Develop understanding of global GCFO organization and PPS teams and colleagues
  • Follow established job tracking and completion process utilizing Workflow Exchange (WX) tool
  • Maintain performance within established team procedures and policies, including adherence to the team's attendance and lateness policy, submission of time worked through the appropriate tool before the given deadlines, and following print security and physical access procedures
  • Fulfill Express Desk or Help Desk roles as requested/assigned
  • Buddy new Presentation Specialists as required

Qualifications:
Technical qualifications
  • Expert level in Power Point and Word is essential. Excellent working knowledge of Excel
Experience
  • At least 18 months experience in desktop publishing Knowledge and skill sets
  • Good oral and written communication skills - must be able to communicate/collaborate virtually and in person with clients
