The Company

This role is for a growing E-commerce technology platform in Indonesia, the CFO will play an active role in taking care of financial, strategic and tactical issues facing the Group and the Company.
  • It involves fundraising, managing processes from start to finish, liaise closely with shareholders.
  • Responsible for projecting and improving business performance and keeping performance and margins on track.
  • Oversee all financial operations, cost accounting, revenue recognition, financial planning, data analysis and insights, audits, tax, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and manage budgets and long-range financial forecasts.
  • Formulate, and implement appropriate policies, procedures for the Group.
  • Strong relationship with the banks, authorities, as well as people management experience.

Requirements
  • More than 15+ years of relevant experience, successfully leading the finance function of a progressive international organization.
  • Track record in demonstrating results in driving business growth, finance transformation, change management.
