Director, Fund Services (Private Equity & Hedge)

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain regular communications with the clients, investment professionals, other client personnel, investors, attorneys, auditors, bankers etc
Responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures
Coordination of annual audit and tax return preparation with external accounting firms
Undertake full review of accounting work paper packages, fees calculations, financial statements and other reports and communications
Assist with development and implementation of training all levels of accounting staff and supervision of subordinate staff (Fund Accountants)

Requirement:

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Economics
Qualification in HKICPA/ ACCA or similar qualifications highly advantageous
At least 8years of relevant experience in fund administration / client on-boarding / operation management
Leadership/Team Management experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Investran and/or VPM software experience is highly advantageous
Fluent in written and oral English with a good command of Chinese and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
Good communication and presentation skills
