- Liaise with external fund administrator to prepare and review management and statutory accounts of funds and special purpose vehicles
- Prepare financial reports and capital accounts for LP investors
- Prepare and review capital calls and distributions
- Work with external auditors for yearly audit and tax issues
- Monitor cash positions of investment projects and overall liquidity of the Fund, handle payments
- Handle investor queries
- Assist in special projects when needed
Key requirements
- At least 2 years of Fund Accounting/Finance experience in private equity funds, fund administrators or big 4 accounting firm
- Exposure to Private Equity fund structures and accounting issues is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other accounting qualification
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Positive, good team player whilst able to work independently, diligent
