Restructuring and Insolvency associate

My client is the leading consulting company in Restructuring and Insolvency fields. Now they are looking for experienced auditor or Restructure/ Insolvency consultant to join their Beijing team. Following is the description and requirement.

Responsibility:
· Assist manager delivering high quality service of insolvency and restructuring and investigate international cases especially across Mainland China.
· Daily management of engagements, for example financial analysis and financial investigations, and cash-flow forecast.
· Compose reports for courts and creditors
· Maintain relationships with current clients and establish relationship with new clients.
· Develop company’s reputation in Chinese market.

Requirement:
· Bachelor or higher degree
· CA/CPA qualification
· 1-5 year experience of external auditing, financial analysis and financial reporting or any related experience in restructuring and insolvency.
· Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; and excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
· Good business sense
· Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems
