I am working with a fantastic organisation close to Aberdare who are looking for a Credit Controller on a 6 month contract. You will be joining a newly created team who will focusing on cash collection and minimising any bad debt. The role is really interesting, you will be looking after a mulitude of accounts that vary in size and client type.

The client is a large organisation with teams across the UK. The client is easily accessible from Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil & Caerphilly





Description

As a Credit Controller you will be expected to:

  • Manage a large number of accounts
  • Allocate cash
  • Protect the businesses investments
  • Carry out day to day collections to achieve cash collection targets
  • Manage a portfolio of clients liaising with them on credit terms, credit limits and payments
  • Identify high risk accounts

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Credit Controller will:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be exceptional organised
  • Have Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Have experience in allocating cash
