An exciting opportunity to join an international business based in Walton-On-Thames. This role will work on the accounts payable ledger and will have scope to become permanent.

Description
The role will involve:
- Processing invoices,
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Working on ERP system
- Assisting with payment runs
- Processing staff expenses
- Dealing with queries
- Working in multi-currencies
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Dealing with VAT
- Maintaining authorisation
- Raising PO's
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous accounts payable/ purchase ledger experience
- Have a good attitude and willingness to learn
- Be able to fit into a family feel office
- Be a strong communicator and a team player
