Credit Control Manager

We are currently resourcing for a new lead to their nationally recognised, and highly stable Credit Control department. The department is a concise and highly functioning arm of the company accounts team, and are responsible for high volume business to business collections in the construction industry. The relevant candidate will have highly relevant and demonstrable experience as a credit control manager for a medium-large company.

My client are highly established in their industry, currently seeking a new lead to their credit control team during a time of expansive growth.

Description

• Overseeing a team of 6 credit controllers in the collection of owed debt, repayment plans, and credit risk management.
• Managing a huge volume of transactions, ranging mostly from £5-£30,000 to a grand tune of £8m monthly.
• Supporting the team with their individual ledgers.
• Dealing with the companies legal counterparts and actioning accounts.

Profile

The successful candidate will be highly intelligent and switched on. The role is demanding, and subsequently demands a candidate who is able to manage their time efficiently. The role will require a candidate with extensive experience as a credit control manager. The personality and resilience to deal with difficult collection processes with clients based in construction.
