Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Responsible Officer and the HK Group’s Finance Director;
• Lead a small team in managing accounting and finance-related functions of the HK Group’s securities brokerage and asset management business included but not limited to ensuring timely and accurate preparation of regulatory and management reports;
• Manage liquidity, funding and working capital on a daily basis; Review monthly FRR reports and relevant financial and management reports;
• Update, improve and implement internal process, policies and procedures, and system integration;
• Responsible for budget control and financial forecast management;
• Assist in building up banking relationship and arranging banking facilities ;
• Participate in annual audit and assist HK Group’s Finance Director in all tax-related issues;
• Liaise with auditors and other professional organizations regarding audit and taxation matters;
• Perform other duties as assigned and required by HK Group’s Finance Director and/or top management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Finance or Accounting, CPA qualification is required
• Must have experience in financial services industry;
• At least 5 years of work experience gained from finance department of financial institutions with SFC license for Type 1, 2, 4, 9 regulated activities;
• Well-versed with SFC and HKEx rules and regulations and good knowledge on HK/IFRS;
• Excellent team player with a strong mindset of flexibility, cooperativeness and independence, and can work under a fast-paced environment;
• Mature, attentive to details, responsible with professional conduct
• Have good communication skills, team spirit and stress resistance
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) languages, both spoken and written
