The new hire should possess control and analytical skills to be able to contribute effectively amongst the various duties in this role:
- Process /review invoices for payment- to vendor on timely basis
- Verify invoices to ensure purchase/requisitions are duly authorised, goods & services are delivered and rendered
- Attend queries from vendors and Project managers
- Reconcile vendor monthly statement of account
- Ensure timely reporting of monthly accruals and GST reconciliation
- Strong analytical in financial variances
Qualifications
Requirements:
- A good university degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent e.g. years of experience in invoices processing and Accounts Payable
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
