Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll, including collating documents and entering timely and accurate information onto the database, spreadsheets and files
  • Processing all changes to the Payroll (new starters, leavers, pay and benefits changes)
  • Updating time and attendance system
  • Employee benefits administration including applications and changes
  • Experience of working within a HR / Office administration environment
  • Experience of effectively managing own workload to meet deadlines, using initiative when required
  • Undertaking accurate fortnightly & monthly payroll reports
  • Undertake checks to verify accuracy of payroll data to minimise errors and comply with all statutory requirements.
  • Assist in answering employee queries
